Manager, Corporate Alliance

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and quality across corporate alliance recruitment, account management, onboarding and web applications
• Manage forecasting and support for the team's population of current students, graduates and alumni
• Ensure interdepartmental communication on corporate alliance opportunities
• Support corporate alliance sales and complete escalation calls as needed
• Generate reports on corporate alliance production and placement forecasting
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports, fostering wellness, recognition and engagement

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance or sales
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related major
• Experience in people management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
