Manager - Corporate Finance and Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and execute Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions with WBG and FI clients.
• Deliver Sharia-compliant financing solutions and support the GCC Sukuk market.
• Develop and assess credit metrics, valuations, and financial forecasts using transaction multiples and peer comparables.
• Lead transactions through the entire life cycle from pitching to financial closing, including pricing, structuring, due diligence, and syndication.
• Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and key banks in the Sukuk space.
• Coordinate with Sharia departments to resolve structural considerations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market analysis using Bloomberg to identify prospective clients and build the DCM pipeline.
• Support investor syndication processes in collaboration with institutional, retail, and private banking teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, advisory, or private equity.
• Direct experience in financial modeling, capital raising, business valuations, and credit ratings.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC at a leading international or regional bank preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal for data analysis and syndicate communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA.
