Manager, Credit Control - Dubai & NE

Responsibilities

• Authorize and process credit limits to ensure accurate detailing into Bank systems
• Maintain accuracy regarding interest rates, commissions, fees, and charges
• Authorize and process day-to-day transactions including loan memos and settlements
• Manage customer grade changes and suspension of limits
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements
• Support Team Leaders in work distribution and task allocation
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for staff
• Report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and operational loss incidents
• Manage internal customer relationships and ensure efficient query resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector with increasing managerial responsibilities in credit facility functions
