Manager, Customer Solutions Centre

Responsibilities

• Define co-badge credit product strategy, roadmap, tier architecture and pricing inputs
• Design differentiated consumer value propositions across mass, affluent, premium and ultra-premium tiers
• Act as product lead for partner engagement and coordinate joint product development and launches
• Advise issuing banks on customized propositions, segmentation and launch strategies
• Lead end-to-end commercialization of co-badge credit products from concept to market launch
• Define product KPIs, monitor portfolio performance and provide leadership reporting

Requirements

• Deep understanding of consumer credit card products, portfolio economics, rewards and loyalty programs
• Experience developing and managing premium and mass-market card propositions
• Ability to build product strategies, business cases and commercialization plans
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior audiences
• Proven track record of launching and scaling payment or card products
