About the role
Responsibilities
- Define co-badge credit product strategy, roadmap, tier architecture and pricing inputs
- Design differentiated consumer value propositions across mass, affluent, premium and ultra-premium tiers
- Act as product lead for partner engagement and coordinate joint product development and launches
- Advise issuing banks on customized propositions, segmentation and launch strategies
- Lead end-to-end commercialization of co-badge credit products from concept to market launch
- Define product KPIs, monitor portfolio performance and provide leadership reporting
Requirements
- Deep understanding of consumer credit card products, portfolio economics, rewards and loyalty programs
- Experience developing and managing premium and mass-market card propositions
- Ability to build product strategies, business cases and commercialization plans
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior audiences
- Proven track record of launching and scaling payment or card products
