Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, solution design, delivery, validation, adoption, and ongoing improvement of assigned commercial analytics capabilities
• Convert complex business questions into analytical approaches using claims, real-world data (RWD), CRM, and market access data
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytical transformations to create reliable datasets and automate workflows
• Lead complex analytics workstreams by establishing project plans and governance
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and data vendors on data acquisition and integration
• Define and enhance KPIs, analytical processes, and data-quality controls
• Perform HCP/HCO and site-of-care analytics, segmentation, and patient-flow analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify market inefficiencies and process gaps to improve commercial effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or advanced analytics
• Hands-on experience with large, complex healthcare and commercial datasets (claims/RWD, CRM, HCP/HCO, patient services)
• Strong experience building dashboards and analytical solutions in Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query)
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, IT/Data teams, or consulting partners
• Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva CRM or Veeva Nitro
• Experience with Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure SQL is a plus
• Travel is required based upon business needs
