Manager – Deal Advisory/Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Perform analysis of quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, net debt, and working capital
• Evaluate historical financial performance, business trends, and earnings sustainability
• Review management forecasts, business plans, and financial models
• Prepare high-quality due diligence reports and communicate findings to investors
• Coordinate with valuation, tax, strategy, and ESG specialist teams
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets
• Lead and mentor engagement teams and allocate resources effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, target management, and investors
• Identify and escalate critical transaction risks and commercial matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or CFA
• Significant experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or deal advisory
• Proven experience managing due diligence engagements and leading teams
• Demonstrated transaction experience within energy, natural resources, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and financial statement analysis capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with private equity, sovereign wealth funds, or infrastructure investors
• Knowledge of energy transition trends and decarbonization initiatives
