About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full delivery of the Employee Welfare and Relations function for the assigned HR hub
- Ensure timely, professional, and consistent welfare and relations support for all employees
- Manage the end-to-end employee relations process including query resolution and incident management
- Oversee disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and Full and Final settlements
- Ensure all processes are in full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
What we look for
- Expertise in UAE Labour Law
- Experience in employee relations management
- Ability to manage disciplinary proceedings and terminations
- Experience with Full and Final settlements
