Manager – ERS (GRC - Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex client engagements in Internal Audit, ICOFR, ERM, and Corporate Governance
• Oversee engagement economics including budgeting, billing, and resource planning
• Act as the primary point of contact for client senior management
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management and regulatory requirements for Financial Services
• Drive business development through proposal development and client presentations
• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Mentor and develop Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Management Accounting, or equivalent
• Professional certification (CIA, CA, ACCA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, BCM, or CCGP) or in advanced stages
• 8–10 years of experience in Internal Audit, ICOFR, ERM, or Corporate Governance
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of Financial Services regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM, IFRS, Basel)
• Proven ability to manage 3–5 concurrent engagements
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within consulting firms or Financial Services institutions such as banks, insurance, or investment firms
