About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform market and financial analyses including feasibility studies and contract valuations
- Conduct asset management projects including lease valuations and renovation assessments
- Support acquisition/disposition transactions and M&A analyses
- Act as an internal consultant to Development, Real Estate, and Finance departments
- Prepare financial forecasts, proforma analyses, and scenario assessments for existing assets
- Oversee junior colleagues' work and manage projects
- Maintain and update sophisticated financial and supply-demand models
Requirements
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate or hotel school
- 4+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, asset management, or investment analysis
- Proficient use of Excel (modelling and auditing)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/MS/MA/Master's Degree in business, real estate or hotel school
- Hotel operations experience
- Familiarity with the Luxury hotel industry
