About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and YTD P&L statements for all Oasis Malls across three countries with variance analysis
- Prepare full-year financial estimates and three-year P&L forecasts
- Own the annual budgeting process and standardized templates
- Prepare MIS reports and present findings to senior management
- Review tenant approvals, renewal proposals and the master tenant database
- Prepare ageing analysis, BEP, revenue and cost per square foot metrics
Requirements
- Chartered accountant
- 6 to 8 years relevant FP&A experience
- Retail or shopping mall environment experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Commerce or MBA in Finance
