About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes within the R2R framework
- Review and finalize monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to executive management
- Govern balance sheets across legal entities and manage risk assessments
- Manage internal and external audits
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs for Shared Services performance
- Lead finance transformation initiatives across R2R and VAT
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation
- Drive adoption of automation solutions including RPA, AI, and analytics
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Finance, and business stakeholders
- Lead change management activities including communication and training
Requirements
- MBA or CA qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Experience in Shared Services environments
- Proven track record of managing at least one shared service transition
- Experience in process transformation
