Manager - Gaming Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for the gaming division, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of revenues
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial results and recommend actions to improve profitability
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting employees
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
• Liaise with gaming operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• 2+ years in a gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
