About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team
- Ensure application of effective credit policies and procedures
- Review and endorse gaming credit applications and guest creditworthiness
- Monitor outstanding credit balances and prepare risk exposure reports
- Oversee negotiation of payment arrangements and settlements
- Assist in escalating collection efforts and coordinating with legal counsel
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls
- Liaise with gaming operations, cage, finance, and legal teams
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Provide training and development for credit staff
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in credit management or collections
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Understanding of international legal frameworks for credit issuance
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit principles and risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
