Manager - Gaming Credit & Collections

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team
• Ensure application of effective credit policies and procedures
• Review and endorse gaming credit applications and guest creditworthiness
• Monitor outstanding credit balances and prepare risk exposure reports
• Oversee negotiation of payment arrangements and settlements
• Assist in escalating collection efforts and coordinating with legal counsel
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls
• Liaise with gaming operations, cage, finance, and legal teams
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Provide training and development for credit staff
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in credit management or collections
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Understanding of international legal frameworks for credit issuance
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of credit principles and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
