About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data to identify trends and behaviors
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights for Gaming Marketing strategies
- Develop personalized communication strategies including email, SMS, and direct mail
- Manage the CRM budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations to align CRM initiatives with business goals
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and gaming industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or marketing
- Proven record of executing CRM strategies in gaming or hospitality
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations
