Responsibilities

• Own client performance reporting, including recurring reporting packages and performance-review materials
• Translate gap identification, closure results, and program value into actionable executive narratives
• Make reporting actionable at the practice level to drive interventions and conversions
• Support growth by identifying and building business cases for wallet-share expansion with existing clients
• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand clinical and economic pathways for various pathologies
• Build a consistent, scalable reporting framework and stage-level funnel views

Requirements

• Experience turning healthcare performance data into executive-facing narratives
• Familiarity with claims-based analysis, eligibility data, and Medicare reporting (e.g., MAO-004 or CDI)
• Ability to build pathology-level value narratives regarding clinical pathways and economics
• Strong materials craft for building clear, credible decks and documents
• Commercial instinct to identify expansion opportunities
• Hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
• Fluency with value-based care and Medicare programs
• Collaborative mindset to work across analytics, customer engagement, and clinical functions
