Manager, GTM Enablement

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and maintain onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
• Create and update playbooks, battlecards, call guides, and FAQs
• Run regular training sessions on new products, features, and skill-building topics
• Maintain and administer enablement tools like LMS, Highspot, Seismic, and Gong
• Support product launches and process rollouts with training materials
• Coach individual reps and small groups directly
• Track usage and completion metrics and report on them regularly
• Manage day-to-day workload and priorities for a small team of enablement professionals
• Gather feedback to iterate on existing programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or Learning & Development
• Experience creating training materials, playbooks, and job aids from scratch
• Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups (live and virtual)
• Working knowledge of revenue tech platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or an LMS
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and requests
• Ability to pull and interpret basic usage/completion data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
