About the role
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor and lead a team of sales account managers and telesales executives
- Meet or exceed team productivity, SLA volumes and client conversion targets
- Set and track sales targets, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Conduct team meetings and generate detailed team performance reports
- Assist with hiring and training of new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, with occasional client visits
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with telesales
- 4+ years managing telesales or sales executive teams
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, CRMs and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Result-oriented problem solver
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce experience
