Manager - Integration RBWM (Contract Role)

Responsibilities

• Develop integration plans, identify milestones, and manage workstreams
• Conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and collect business information
• Map product approval processes and analyze product backlogs and enhancement items
• Execute strategy campaigns and business cases to identify revenue and cost synergies
• Manage relationships with business heads, technology units, operations, and risk stakeholders
• Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, and executive updates for leadership
• Identify integration risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans
• Resolve conflicting business priorities between ENBD and RBL

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Minimum of 8 years in the Banking or Financial Services industry
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation or integration programs
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products (Cards, Loans, Liabilities)
• Experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration programs
• Expertise in RAID Management and governance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
