About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Inventory Control team, ensuring timely deliveries to outlets and completion of scheduled inventory counts
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within BirchStreet
- Ensure all inventory and financial postings are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare, validate, and distribute daily and monthly food cost reports
- Address inventory variances with the warehouse team and coordinate corrective actions
- Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience in inventory control
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in BirchStreet, Oracle, and Power BI
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer luxury accommodations, dining, and entertainment facilities.
