Manager - Investment Contracts

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, goals, policies, and procedures for investment, leasing, and PPP contracts.
• Provide consultation to top management on portfolio revenues, opportunities, and risk posture.
• Review contracting applications and select appropriate approaches to safeguard Authority interests.
• Review financial offer evaluations, negotiate with companies, and recommend awards.
• Study and evaluate claims, time extensions, variation orders, and dispute settlement requests.
• Manage bank guarantee releases, confiscations, and insurance provisions.
• Oversee auction analysis reports, award recommendations, and contract execution.
• Lead negotiations of complex transactions and advise on contractual risks.
• Mobilize and coordinate section resources, including staff, consultants, and investors.
• Embed advanced analytics and automation-enabled workflows into contracting processes.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to refine pricing and negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
