About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue performance of the Sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean portfolio
- Lead and develop a team of managers across Pricing, Demand, Flight Management and Analytics
- Ensure market and point-of-sale strategies are effectively executed
- Oversee forecast accuracy, demand plans and pricing performance
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer demand patterns
- Work closely with Network Planning, Sales, and Revenue Management stakeholders
- Promote a test-and-learn mindset to continuously optimize results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience within Airline Revenue Management, Pricing, Inventory Management or a related commercial function
- Proven experience leading teams, including the management and development of people leaders
- Strong understanding of airline revenue management principles
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
