Manager - Middle Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee the investment governance framework across all funds and mandates
• Maintain and monitor investment guidelines in line with prospectuses and signed agreements
• Review and report trade execution for best execution and broker concentration policy
• Report active and passive breaches to the Investment Governance Committee
• Carry out daily NAV variance checks and report monthly TERs to Finance
• Handle due diligence for new counterparty onboarding and periodic reviews
• Ensure SOPs are updated and signed off
• Manage periodic Rebates and Trail processes
• Support new business initiatives and projects

Requirements

• MBA or Post Graduation with a Finance background
• Over 5 years of banking experience in an Investment Operations role or similar function
• Strong understanding of capital market instruments
• Specific experience in Middle Office asset management functions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• CISI IOC certification
