About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Non-Resident Banking growth through customer acquisition and portfolio expansion
- Enhance customer propositions across deposits, wealth, lending, remittances, FX and digital banking
- Optimize digital onboarding, customer journeys, cross-sell and personalization
- Collaborate across Product, Digital, Wealth, Risk, Compliance and Technology
Requirements
- 7-10 years in Retail, Affluent, Wealth, International Banking or Product Management
- Knowledge of UAE retail banking products
- Proven customer proposition management and portfolio growth
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to international customer segments and cross-border banking
