Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, from opening to close
• Set, communicate, and uphold service, quality, and brand standards across all departments
• Recruit, onboard, and train the opening team, building a strong service culture from day one
• Manage rosters, budgets, supplier relationships, and day-to-day operational costs
• Handle guest feedback and service escalations with professionalism and composure

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
• Experience in a pre-opening or launch environment preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial/budget management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a pre-opening schedule
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice
