About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of four onboarding specialists
- Own the onboarding portfolio from contract execution through initial adoption
- Run weekly portfolio reviews and get stalled implementations moving
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues, scope disputes, and technical blockers
- Build, document, and refine the onboarding playbook
- Own handoffs from Sales into onboarding and onboarding to Account Management
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
- 2+ years leading people or teams
- Track record of managing multiple concurrent implementations
- Experience building or overhauling an onboarding process
- Calm handling of escalations with senior stakeholders
- Fluency with cloud-based tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
- Salesforce and a customer success platform such as Totango or Gainsight
- SSO integrations and technical implementation experience
- Advanced Excel skills
