About the role
Responsibilities
- Owns CleanSpark's utility relationships and energy pathway
- Builds and manages relationships with investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, and municipal utilities
- Leads large-load service applications and interconnection processes
- Negotiimportates energy service agreements egotiates energy service agreements
- Performs tariff and rate analysis in support of both existing operations and new site development
- Informs site selection with utility capacity and queue insight
- Supports power-related diligence across the portfolio

- Deep utility fluency
- Strong negotiation skills
- Disciplined cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment
