Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across center operations
- Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Lead process redesign projects to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
