About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards for service standards and governance
- Monitor compliance with CX policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the preparation of CX governance reports and dashboards
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in CX governance
- Perform root cause analysis and quality assurance for systemic complaints
- Drive corrective action plans and embed a continuous improvement culture
- Develop and implement functional strategies aligned with bank vision
- Lead business process redesign and transformation initiatives
- Design service standards and KPIs across all channels
- Manage the full lifecycle of project management
- Leverage data and insights to enhance customer experience
- Lead change management through continuous improvement of systems and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
