Manager - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and purchasing activities for assigned stakeholders
• Develop and execute procurement plans and RFXs
• Lead bidding processes, including prequalification, tender evaluation, and award recommendations
• Conduct commercial evaluations and lead negotiations with selected bidders
• Manage supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements
• Provide business advisory on budget construction and strategic project expenditure
• Mentor team members and manage performance to achieve organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in procurement and purchasing
• Significant experience in end-to-end procurement processes for various goods and services
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procurement ethical practices
• Proficiency in procurement software
• Knowledge of international codes, incoterms, logistics, and supplier surveillance
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic
• Experience in the UAE market and with local suppliers
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or CCCM
