About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the PMO governance framework: lifecycle, stage gates, RACI, templates and reporting standards
- Run the governance calendar, including weekly Group CEO update and bi-weekly SteerCos
- Own the portfolio action tracker and RAID log across programmes
- Run change control and document control, including change request analysis
- Own the CBUAE regulatory evidence tracker and audit document packs
- Lead selected workstreams end to end and support Agile/Scrum adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance or related field
- 5-7 years in project, programme or PMO management, 3+ years running PMO governance
- Programme governance, RAID management, change control and milestone tracking
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile certification
- Banking, payments or fintech experience
- UAE regulator or government entity experience
- Arabic language
