Manager, Provider Global Operations - Remote

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Service activities with RFP responses and client meetings
• Manage global partner engagement, relationship development, and work quality
• Oversee global operational support, including inventory management and quality control
• Perform analysis and administer corrective actions and training for global partners
• Support technical events and manage SOP documentation for global accounts
• Drive financial management by assisting global partners in meeting KPIs for productivity and quality
• Coordinate with Operations and Client Success Managers to onboard new clients and transition existing clients to global production

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years proven success in a manager or director level role
• High proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including pivot tables
• Effective use of Power BI reports to manage global partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Superior communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally
