Manager - QC and Training

Responsibilities

• Manage QC and Training departments, assigning tasks based on complexity and skill levels
• Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Oversee objectives and activities of QC and Training Managers to align with approved KPIs
• Develop quality processes, training initiatives, and analyze data to monitor trends
• Provide feedback, conduct meetings, and manage departmental expenses within budget
• Review and approve reports for management submission
• Handle complex or sensitive cases and assist in developing annual review plans
• Manage staff performance, including interviewing, hiring, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field
• Extensive experience in quality monitoring and training in leadership roles
• Proven track record managing QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming
• Strong knowledge of quality monitoring standards and training methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
• Exceptional leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 or Certified Trainer
