About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage QC and Training departments, assigning tasks based on complexity and skill levels
- Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Oversee objectives and activities of QC and Training Managers to align with approved KPIs
- Develop quality processes, training initiatives, and analyze data to monitor trends
- Provide feedback, conduct meetings, and manage departmental expenses within budget
- Review and approve reports for management submission
- Handle complex or sensitive cases and assist in developing annual review plans
- Manage staff performance, including interviewing, hiring, and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field
- Extensive experience in quality monitoring and training in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming
- Strong knowledge of quality monitoring standards and training methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Exceptional leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 or Certified Trainer
