About the role
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing Engineering recruitment team
- Creating and executing recruitment strategies to support engineering growth
- Acting as a strategic talent advisor to senior engineering leaders
- Developing innovative attraction campaigns and sourcing strategies
- Building talent pipelines for licensed engineers, maintenance, and technical operations
- Driving assessment excellence and robust hiring decisions
- Leveraging market intelligence and competitor insights
- Improving recruitment processes, tools, and efficiency
Requirements
- Significant experience leading aviation engineering or engineering recruitment teams
- Expertise in high-volume frontline and specialist technical recruitment
- Deep understanding of engineering talent markets and assessment methodologies
- Strong people leadership and coaching experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience using data and market insights to drive performance
- Degree educated with extensive Talent Acquisition leadership experience
