Manager, Resource Planning & Management Division

Responsibilities

• Oversight of project human resources including hiring and recruitment processes
• Support preparation and monitoring of cost-sharing and funding agreements
• Analyze project portfolio risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Manage financial resources through planning, monitoring, and controlling
• Prepare strategic materials, briefs, and position papers regarding resource status
• Lead the formulation and refinement of PMO operational policies and procedures
• Advise the Project Manager on resource and management policy issues
• Promote innovative methodologies and knowledge sharing tools

Requirements

• Experience in results-based project implementation and management
• Experience managing teams and capacity development
• Prior experience with international development, non-profits, or start-ups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• First-level degree in environmental studies, development, programme management, or meteorology
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
