About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the Inforce case management team to ensure optimal service delivery for Inforce contracts
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department within a processing and money/fund management environment
- Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Annuities and financial services
- Proven leadership and operational management capabilities
- Passion for improving service delivery to become a first-in-class provider
