About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational management of Revenue Integrity functions, including charge capture, reconciliation, and chargemaster maintenance
- Oversee staff and workflows to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation and billing readiness
- Manage denial prevention, resolution, and Revenue Guardian activities
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Coding, Compliance, Finance, and Information Services to minimize revenue leakage and implement regulatory changes
- Optimize reimbursement and revenue protection across the health system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience required (8-12 years preferred)
- Certified Coding credentials such as CCS, CPC, or RHIA/RHIT
