Manager - SME Acquiring

Responsibilities

• Own the SME acquiring P&L: merchants signed and live, TPV, revenue and contribution
• Lead, coach and manage 10-11 Sales Executives and the Outsourced Sales Partners channel
• Redesign SME merchant onboarding to reach a T+2 turnaround from complete application to live merchant
• Design and govern the SME sales incentive plan with HR, Finance and the Director - Commercials
• Track merchant activation, retention and competitor pricing and offers in the UAE SME market

Requirements

• 8-12 years in SME or merchant acquiring sales with a bank, acquirer, PSP or fintech in the UAE
• At least 3 years leading a field sales team of 8 or more
• Experience managing third-party or outsourced sales agents
• Knowledge of POS, SoftPOS, payment gateway, Pay by Link and QR products
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding requirements: KYB, risk checks, MCC and MID setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent English

• Adjacent SME services: business accounts, WPS payroll, business cards
