Manager - Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with analytical and financial rigor across CDD, feasibility, and strategy
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
• Lead financial model build, review, and stress-testing
• Develop commercial insights and strategic recommendations grounded in data
• Support senior stakeholders with clear, defensible investment views
• Structure workstreams and identify key value drivers and risks
• Own and deliver end-to-end analytical modules

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and feasibility studies
• Strong expertise in building and reviewing complex financial models (real estate, infrastructure, and FS)
• Proficiency in scenario analysis, sensitivities, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, payback)
• Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and operate with minimal supervision
• Strong business acumen across multiple sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA Level II or above
• Prior experience in equity research, transaction advisory, or investment advisory
• Strategy consulting background with strong analytical exposure
• Experience working on investment evaluations and financial feasibilities
