Manager - Supervision

Responsibilities

• Execute the FSRA risk-based supervisory approach for a portfolio of financial institutions
• Assist in developing and implementing frameworks, policies, and procedures for governing financial institutions
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, supervisory reviews, and draft recommendations
• Utilize supervisory tools such as reviews, third-party reviews, and information requests
• Manage relationships with market participants and internal stakeholders
• Take prompt action against identified deficiencies and non-compliances
• Provide expertise and support to other colleagues within the Supervision team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Considerable knowledge of financial entities supervision and market practices
• Experience in risk assessment to identify trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in business English
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification in finance, accounting, risk, or related specialism
• Industry experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit
• Proficiency in Arabic or other languages and understanding of Arabic culture
