About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition team, mentoring and managing Recruiters and their KPIs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and technology roles
- Develop relationships with external agencies, career sites, schools and talent partners
- Oversee hiring plans, candidate assessments, offers and talent acquisition metrics
- Partner with hiring managers and optimize the Greenhouse and Workday technology stack
- Benchmark compensation with Finance and Total Rewards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years in Talent Acquisition, four or more managing a high-performing team
- Hands-on recruiting for corporate and technology roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience in healthcare
