About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate Supplemental & Group strategic priorities into actionable plans and workstreams
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning product, distribution, and operations
- Directly lead and develop a team of two employees
- Develop business recommendations using market and performance insights
- Support product commercialization and go-to-market execution
- Evaluate solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically Supplemental or Group Employee Benefits
- Experience working across the insurance value chain
- Prior people leadership experience
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product commercialization or business readiness
- Experience working with agents, brokers, or TPAs
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives in Voluntary Benefits or Group Insurance
