About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day and long-term operational and technical management of Maritime Solutions Tugs, Pilot boats, and Mooring departments in the UAE region
- Monitor and report issues or key initiatives to improve and ensure business development
- Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and employees to achieve organizational goals
- Deliver cost-effective, timely, and high-quality service to meet contractual requirements
- Oversee technical performance of all vessels under management
- Manage vessel dockings, builds, modifications, and the development of technical project solutions
Requirements
- Experience in maritime operational and technical management
- Proven ability to manage vessel fleets including tugs and pilot boats
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to oversee technical projects and vessel modifications
