About the Company
Northspyre is an end-to-end real estate development management platform that empowers developers to make smarter investment decisions through automation, analytics, and AI. Since 2017, the platform has supported over $500 billion in projects across the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Northspyre Index by designing and maintaining recurring benchmarks on development activity and cost trends.
- Produce original market research and in-depth reports analyzing trends in development costs, capital deployment, and project risk.
- Analyze and clean complex, unstructured development datasets using SQL and Excel to identify market shifts.
- Translate research findings into clear, data-driven narratives for developers, CFOs, and investors.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate research, economic analysis, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and advanced Excel.
- Strong ability to clean and validate large, complex datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing formal market reports or industry research.
- Background in real estate economics, commercial real estate research, or development consulting.
- Familiarity with statistical or econometric analysis.
