Marketing Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Account Manager with day-to-day account and Marketing Services activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital campaigns, creative packages, landing pages, and CRM activities are progressed within timelines
• Prepare and share clear briefs, requirements, and timelines with internal teams
• Monitor progress of deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Communicate organiser feedback and requests to relevant teams
• Maintain organised trackers, timelines, and action lists for ongoing accounts
• Support the preparation of campaign plans, proposals, and presentations
• Gather performance information and reporting from internal teams
• Follow up on outstanding creatives and approvals from organisers
• Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Marketing Services team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, media sales, or business development
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and CRM
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills for high-volume environments
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of Canva for proposals and presentations
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage)
