Marketing and Business Development Advisor – Middle East

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFPs, proposals, and credentials, including market and competitor research
• Support Dubai practice teams on client relationship management and feedback initiatives
• Maintain M&BD information systems, CRM databases (InterAction), and web content
• Coordinate and deliver local client events, seminars, and marketing communications
• Lead development of practice area entries in directories and award submissions
• Collaborate with PR and other M&BD teams to cross-sell capabilities and raise partner profiles

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a business development or marketing environment
• University degree from a reputable institution
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a professional services environment
• Understanding of the commercial world and its drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a law firm
• General understanding of the legal market and terminology
• Relevant marketing or sales qualification (e.g., CIM)
