About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute annual marketing plans and budgets in consultation with hotel leadership
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns for Food and Beverage, weddings, spa, and rooms
- Manage social media engagement and online reputation management
- Create and distribute press releases and manage quarterly PR plans
- Coordinate photography and visual assets to ensure alignment with brand voice
- Manage external vendors, media agencies, and local media contacts
- Oversee the production and inventory of printed marketing collateral and signage
- Partner with Revenue Management and eCommerce teams to optimize digital advertising and offer loading
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Marketing, PR, or Business with 4 years of professional experience, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or digital professional areas
- Preferred experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising agencies
