About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy 70+ weekly omnichannel campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Manage complex database queries for targeted audience segmentation
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content layouts, and send times
- Create and manage web forms and landing pages to ensure seamless data flow into CRM
- Build and maintain automated nurture flows and lifecycle journeys
- Perform rigorous QA testing on links, personalization tokens, and mobile responsiveness
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and bounce rates
- Provide weekly performance reports on open rates, CTR, and conversion rates
- Maintain database hygiene by managing unsubscribes and hard bounces
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Automation role
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and list management
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations
